Who we are
The lemonade team is a group of people ranging in ages from 21 years old to 51 years old (you can guess our ages below). We have all worked together for over 15 years and we are very good friends. We are a bunch of real people trying to make this crazy dream happen.
Thomas Richard Zawacki (Z)
• Chief Executive Officer• grew up in Connecticut and has 5 brothers
• graduated from Princeton as an anthropology major (he had no idea what he wanted to do)
• worked at Modem Media 1992-2004 (4th employee)
• has one tattoo
• varsity baseball coach for Darien High School
• married to Melissa (hot!!!) and has 2 boys (4 years old and 2 years old, both a handful)

Jamison Rush Davis (Hollywood)
• Chief Experience Officer• grew up in Connecticut
• started in advertising freelancing for his dad at age 5
• worked at Modem Media 1993-1999 (10th employee)
• plays a mean piano
• married to Christie aka Pash and has 4 amazing kids ranging in ages from 24 to 12

Tim White Smith (Smitty)
• chief strategy officer in charge of business partnerships• also grew up in Connecticut and somewhere in Ohio
• worked at Modem Media 1994-2006
• met the love of his life (Joanna) in college at Hobart, and now has 2 beautiful daughters
• spent his career working with clients like AT&T, Citibank, General Motors, Kraft and more.
• Tim does not have a tattoo (yet)
• everyone loves Tim - I have never met anyone who has had something bad to say about him

Patrick Taylor Moore (pmo)
• chief technology officer• roams the Pacific Northwest on bike and on foot
• he believes in tree hugging and drinking Opus One
• worked at Modem Media from 1995 - 2000
• built some of the first e-commerce platforms and DB's for JCPenney, Delta Air Lines and others
• led the technology group that developed eluxury.com and sephora.com for LVMH
• pmo spent a chunk of his life touring with the Grateful Dead looking for one miracle
• he finally found his miracle when he met his wife Sunny - they also have 2 beautiful daughters

Mark Twain once said, "To succeed in life, you need two things: ignorance and confidence." Our team is confident in making lemonade a success, and definitely ignorant about how much work (and fun) it will take to get there.
